Lead Data Scientist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of data scientists to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and XGBoost.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop solutions that drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews and providing guidance on best practices.

Job Requirements :

• 6-16 years of experience in machine learning or related field with expertise in Python programming language.
• Strong understanding of XGBoost algorithm for building predictive models.
• Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS) or Spark (Scala).
• Proven track record of developing scalable data pipelines using AWS services.
