Lead Data Scientist

Requisition Description

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Data Sciences with AWS AI/ML expertise, specifically focusing on Agentic AI solutions within the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) sectors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building scalable, responsible AI systems and collaborating with diverse teams to solve complex business challenges.

Required Skills and Experience

Seven or more years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or AI Engineering.

Demonstrated hands-on experience building Agentic AI solutions on AWS.

Proficiency with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, Strands, and related AWS AI services.

Strong understanding of classical AI/ML, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models.

Comprehensive knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, embeddings, tool calling, and agent orchestration.

Experience designing and implementing multi-agent or autonomous AI workflows.

Foundational understanding of evaluation, guardrails, observability, and responsible AI practices.

Professional experience within the Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industries.

Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions through effective communication with clients and technical teams.

Roles & Responsibility

Design and develop enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions on AWS platforms. You will build intelligent AI agents using Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI services while architecting scalable multi-agent and autonomous workflows. The role involves developing RAG-based applications that leverage vector search and knowledge retrieval to drive business value.

You will implement LLM-powered solutions, including tool calling and workflow automation, and optimize Generative AI and Deep Learning models for specific business use cases. A key part of this role is designing AWS-native architectures with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. You will also establish robust model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI frameworks to ensure ethical deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions and lead technical design reviews. You will guide engineering teams, drive innovation in Agentic AI technologies, and develop healthcare-focused AI solutions across Revenue Cycle Management processes. Additionally, you will support client engagements, solution demonstrations, and presales activities to showcase our technical capabilities.

Preferred Skills and Experience

Experience with MCP, A2A, LangGraph, or vector databases.

Familiarity with AWS-native AI architecture and model evaluation frameworks.

Experience working in cross-functional or distributed team environments.
