We are looking for an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our fast-growing global mobile gaming company and build intelligent, data-driven products that enhance player engagement and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build ML models for personalization, recommendations, player engagement, and monetization.
• Develop predictive models for churn, player segmentation, LTV, and revenue forecasting.
• Design experiments and apply statistical methods to measure business impact.
• Build scalable, production-ready ML pipelines.
• Explore Agentic AI, LLM applications, and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams and mentor junior Data Scientists.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python and SQL programming skills.
• Expertise in Statistics, Machine Learning, Bayesian Methods, and Experimental Design.
• Experience with Apache Spark and cloud-based ML environments.
• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.
• Understanding of Agentic AI, LLM applications, and workflow automation tools such as n8n.
• Strong analytical thinking and a product-oriented mindset.

Candidate Preferences:

• Candidates with 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Must be currently based in Ahmedabad.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite in Ahmedabad.

Pay: ₹1,170,000.00 - ₹2,560,000.00 per year
