Hiring: Manager Data Science

Location: HRBR Layout / North Bangalore (Work from Office)

Experience: 7–10 Years (Banking / NBFC / Fintech) must

We are hiring a Manager – Data Science for a leading Financial Services enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 data scientists.

Risk & Commercial Quantitative Modeling:

Build and manage credit risk models (Scorecards, PD/LGD/EAD, Early Warning Systems).

Model Lifecycle Governance & MLOps Integration

• Develop commercial predictive models (Propensity models, CLV, cross-sell, churn forecasting).
• Manage model governance and MLOps workflows.

Requirements

• 7–10 years experience in credit risk or commercial analytics within Banking/NBFC/Fintech.
• Hands-on expertise in Python and SQL (Mandatory).
• Experience with tree-based models (XGBoost, LightGBM), regression, and MLOps.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or a related field.
