Lead Day Program Facilitator

About the Role: Bridge Community Development Center Mississippi is looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Day Program Facilitator to join their team in Cleveland, MS. Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate daily program activities for participants in alignment with individual goals and program objectives
• Supervise and mentor day program staff, volunteers, and support personnel
• Monitor participant progress and maintain accurate documentation and case notes
• Develop and implement structured curricula, life skills training, and community integration activities
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and external service providers to ensure holistic participant support
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive program environment in compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead team meetings, provide staff training, and support professional development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human services, social work, or related field required
• Prior experience working in a day program, developmental disabilities, or social services setting
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising or mentoring staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized program plans and activities
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to empowering individuals in the community
