Lead Daytime Server

Escape Hospitality is hiring a Daytime Lead Server to join our team at Prospect.

This is a role for a seasoned server who is comfortable running the front of house independently. During our weekday, daytime breakfast and lunch services, the Lead Server operates largely solo, with a server or runner added as business requires.

Responsibilities include:

• Opening and closing the restaurant to standard, including dining room setup, server station stocking, menus, and lighting and music
• Leading the guest experience: greeting, seating, and serving guests
• Handling cash and register counts, reconciling sales, and completing end-of-shift reporting
• Coordinating with the hotel front desk on in-house guests, VIPs, and promotions
• Reporting maintenance issues

The ideal candidate has prior serving experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-quality restaurant. They are organized, dependable, and confident working without direct supervision.

This is a tipped role with a base hourly rate of $16/hour and a tip guarantee.

Full-time or part-time hours are available, year-round.
