Lead Carpenter — Deck & Outdoor Construction (Springfield, MO)

We're looking for an experienced lead carpenter to run deck and outdoor structure builds in the Springfield area. Immediate start available.

What you'll do:

• Lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas
• Work from engineered and stamped plans, build to code, pass inspections
• Set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs
• Run a small crew and keep the job moving

What we need:

• 5+ years carpentry experience, deck or residential framing
• Able to read plans and lay out a complex build without hand-holding
• Own hand tools and reliable transportation
• Shows up on time and communicates when something changes
