Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Retail Distribution Center Delivery Driver to work on a contract basis. Responsibilities include operating commercial vehicles to transport goods between distribution centers and retail locations. Candidates must adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate commercial vehicles to transport goods efficiently and safely between distribution centers and retail locations.

• Load and unload merchandise while ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including timestamps and inventory checks.

• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Follow established routes and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record required.

• Experience operating commercial vehicles in a distribution or logistics environment preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.

• Strong time management and organizational skills to meet delivery deadlines.

• Basic proficiency with GPS and route optimization tools.
