Supreme Dental Group is seeking an experienced Lead Dental Assistant to support daily clinical operations, guide our assisting team, and provide excellent patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical workflow and train dental assistants.
• Assist with general dentistry, oral surgery, root canals, and implant procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and oversee sterilization and infection control.
• Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans within your qualifications.
• Maintain accurate records in Open Dental.
• Provide patient instructions and manage clinical supplies and equipment.

Qualifications

• Previous dental assisting experience and strong clinical skills.
• Leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient confidentiality.
• Open Dental experience preferred.
