This is an opportunity to work with an experienced team in a private, fee-for-service practice specializing in comprehensive general dentistry, advanced implants, and All-on-X procedures.

What You'll Do

Clinical Excellence

• Assist with general dentistry, restorative procedures, implant surgery, and full-arch cases.
• Prepare and maintain setups, instruments, and materials.
• Ensure consistent sterilization, infection control, and clinical protocols.
• Work with advanced dental technology and digital workflows.
• Anticipate doctors' needs and support efficient, high-quality patient care.

Systems & Organization

• Maintain organized, well-equipped operatories and clinical workspaces.
• Establish and improve clinical workflows, checklists, and protocols.
• Ensure supplies, instruments, and materials are properly maintained.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency.
• Take ownership of clinical readiness and daily operations.

Leadership Through Expertise

• Serve as a trusted clinical resource for the assisting team.
• Train and mentor assistants in established clinical standards.
• Support onboarding and skill development for new team members.
• Lead by example through preparation, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with doctors and leadership to maintain a consistent standard of excellence.

Clinical Skills & Experience

We are looking for an experienced dental assistant with a strong foundation in general dentistry and advanced clinical procedures.

Experience in the following is preferred:

• General restorative dentistry
• Crowns and bridges, including CEREC
• Endodontics and extractions
• Implant placement and restorations
• Bone grafting and advanced implant surgery
• Full-arch / All-on-X procedures
• Surgical instrumentation and preparation
• Digital dentistry and clinical technology
• Phlebotomy
• Sterilization and infection control

Qualifications

• Multiple years of dental assisting experience
• Current applicable dental assisting credentials
• Strong clinical knowledge and technical proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow and maintain established clinical protocols
• Experience training or mentoring other assistants preferred
