The practice is supported by a warm, friendly team and provides a broad range of general, preventative, restorative and cosmetic treatments, including examinations, cleans, crowns, bridges, whitening and root canal therapy.

About the position

Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Dental Receptionist to oversee front desk operations and help deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing reception and appointment books
• Coordinating bookings, recalls and treatment appointments
• Handling patient enquiries, payments and administration
• Supporting and mentoring reception team members
• Working closely with Dentists, assistants and management
• Maintaining efficient front-office systems and workflows

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am–5:00pm
• Friday: 8:00am–4:00pm

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a dental practice
• Strong dental reception and administration experience
• Leadership or senior reception experience highly regarded
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Good knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Professional, proactive and patient-focused approach
