Key Responsibilities:
· Design and development of new products, ensuring sound theoretical principles were applied, correctness of material decisions, and proper processing, tooling,
Utilize industry standard assembly methods and quality control standards.
Improve and expand current manufacturing capabilities and establish new manufacturing capabilities necessary for newly developed products.
Continuously search for new areas of research for product development and manufacturing process improvement.
Provide technical assistance to other engineers regarding product development and manufacturing designs.
Educate and train other engineers in technical designs.
