Job Requirements Lead Designer

You own the design of our products end to end — from the first user-research

question to the last detail of the interface. You steward the shared design system

alongside marketing, choose the tools the teams design with, and work closely with

several engineering teams so what ships across them stays consistent and matches

the intent. A central part of the role is designing for products that have AI on board,

making those experiences clear, usable, and trustworthy. This is a hands-on role — you

also do the design work yourself, not just direct it.

What you'll do

Run the full design process for our products, from user research and problem framing

through interaction design to detailed, polished UI.

Design the experience for AI-enabled features so people understand what the system is

doing, trust its output, and stay in control.

Steward the shared design system together with marketing — who own it —

contributing components and patterns that keep product and brand in step.

Choose the team’s design tools and shape the workflow, so designers and engineers

work from one source of truth.

Guide and work with several engineering teams on every design aspect: reviewing

implementation, pairing on UI, and at times working directly in the codebase, so design

stays consistent across teams.

Raise the craft bar across research, interaction, and visual design, and coach others as

the team grows.

What You Must Bring All Five Are Required. Work hands-on across the full design process yourself — from user research through

interaction design to finished UI — producing strong work at each stage.

Design usable, trustworthy experiences for products with AI on board: handling

uncertainty, model output, and human oversight in the interface.

Build and maintain a design system in partnership with a marketing-owned brand,

keeping product and brand consistent as both evolve.

Choose and set up the team’s design tools and workflow, and get designers and
