Lead Development Officer

About the role

Lindenrock Builders Inc. is seeking an experienced, high-performing Lead Development Officer (LDO) to spearhead commercial growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnership expansion. HYBRID set up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients, developers, and project owners
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, online platforms, and industry events
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and business partners
• Explore new construction projects and business opportunities
• Coordinate with management in developing strategies to acquire new clients
• Understand client requirements and project needs
• Arrange meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients
• Monitor upcoming construction projects, bidding opportunities, and market developments
• Gather information on competitors, market trends, and potential project leads
• Track the progress of leads from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and project award

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
• Good knowledge of construction projects and industry practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and lead-tracking tools
• Goal-oriented, organized, and capable of building professional relationships
