  • Creating repair tickets and explaining repair options
  • Providing accurate repair estimates
  • Inspecting completed repairs for quality assurance
  • Maintaining inventory and keeping the workspace organized
  • Assisting with customer follow-up and review requests
  • Handling phone inquiries
  • Supporting the store manager with day-to-day operations

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership position
  • Exposure to a wide variety of repairs beyond standard phone screens
  • Consistent weekly schedule
  • Professional repair equipment and tools
  • Supportive, locally owned business
  • Long-term advancement opportunities for the right candidate

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing high-quality repairs. You should be comfortable working independently while also helping guide the team when needed. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Professional experience repairing mobile devices, computers, laptops, tablets, or other consumer electronics
  • Experience with soldering or microsoldering
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • Customer service experience in a repair or retail environment

Preferred Qualifications
