Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Lead DFT Engineer with strong expertise in Design for Test (DFT), scan architecture, ATPG, and SoC test methodologies.

Key Skills Required:

• SCAN, Compression, and OCC Insertion
• ATPG, MBIST, Gate-Level and Pattern Simulation
• QuestaSim
• SoC Scan and MBIST
• Mixed-Signal IPs: PLL, High-Speed SERDES, and DDR
• SSN, ATE, and Silicon Validation
