LEAD DIAGNOSTIC & PROGRAMMING TECHNICIAN

Auto Spa Solutions is a busy automotive reconditioning shop in Ocoee. We're looking for a true diagnostic lead to own the tough electrical, drivability, and module programming work and run our shop floor. We pay at the top of the Orlando market and provide the tools. You bring the skills.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose electrical, drivability, CAN/network, and no-start issues on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
• Program, flash, and initialize modules, keys, and ADAS systems using J2534 and OEM software
• Lead the shop floor: assign work, check quality, and help other techs solve problems
• Perform and sign off on vehicle inspections and build accurate repair plans
• Keep cars moving and fix it right the first time

WHAT YOU NEED

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive diagnostic experience
• Real module programming experience (J2534, OEM software such as Techstream, FDRS/IDS, GDS2, Witech)
• Strong scan tool and scope skills (Autel, Snap-on, or similar)
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and track down the root cause
• Experience leading or training other technicians
• Valid driver's license

BIG PLUS

• ASE Master certification, especially A6 (Electrical) and L1 (Advanced Engine Performance)
• Hybrid/EV experience
• ADAS calibration experience
• Spanish/Bilingual

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
