Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Lead Digital Marketing professional to drive our digital marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital campaigns, performance marketing, SEO, social media management, content strategy, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

• Drive lead generation initiatives and improve conversion rates through performance marketing activities.

• Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.

• Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including blogs, email campaigns, social media content, and landing pages.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.

• Manage company social media channels and ensure consistent brand communication.

• Collaborate with sales, design, and content teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.

• Track marketing KPIs and prepare periodic performance reports for management.

• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing technologies.

• Lead and mentor junior marketing team members when required.

  Qualifications

  Educational Qualification

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  Certifications

• Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or similar will be an added advantage.

  Experience

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.

• Experience managing B2B and/or B2C digital campaigns.
