Lead Digital Verification Engineer

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Team Lead Verification Engineer located in Graz. You will lead and mentor a team of verification engineers while remaining hands-on with functional verification, validation and debugging of digital designs. Your role will involve defining verification methodologies and strategies, planning and reviewing test plans, coordinating verification efforts across projects, and driving projects from concept to successful tape-out.

As an ideal candidate for the position you have:

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience in digital verification for ASICs and/or FPGAs
• Prior experience leading or mentoring a verification team, or a strong readiness to step into a leadership role
• Deep expertise in Functional Verification and Validation
• Extensive experience in verifying digital designs (UVM preferred)
• Experience in RTL design debugging
• Strong track record defining and driving verification strategies and test plans across projects
• Experience in working with version control systems (Git preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to guide and support junior engineers
• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in FPGA/ASIC development
• The ability to work independently, lead effectively, and collaborate closely as part of a team
