Lead – Domain Services

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead – Domain Services to join our IT Delivery team and take a lead role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our core infrastructure platforms.

This role will be responsible for managing and supporting Active Directory, domain services, ITSM platforms, and unified endpoint management tools that are critical to user authentication, endpoint management, and IT service operations.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on infrastructure professional with strong experience in Active Directory and domain management , who can provide technical leadership while mentoring and developing team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of Active Directory forests, GPOs, DHCP, DNS, and domain replication .
• Oversee the health and performance of infrastructure platforms supporting ITSM, endpoint management, and directory services .
• Collaborate with Security and Endpoint teams to manage identity lifecycle and device policies .
• Perform periodic health checks, vulnerability remediation, and integration testing.
• Lead service onboarding for new domains, tenants, and platform integrations.
• Track platform updates, patches, and releases and validate compatibility.
• Represent Domain Services in CRB meetings, audit walkthroughs, and operational reviews .
• Mentor Specialists and Analysts through hands-on coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical planning.
• Drive continuous improvement in the reliability, security, and performance of domain services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Administration , or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Active Directory and domain management , including experience in a technical leadership or team lead capacity.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Active Directory
• Group Policy
• DNS and DHCP
• Domain replication
• AD security and hardening
• AD group and user management
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving replication, authentication, Group Policy, and domain-related issues .
• Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as ManageEngine, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune .
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and SSO/MFA integration .
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams and stakeholders.
