Role: Lead Dotnet Developer

Location: Dublin (hybrid)

Duration: 6 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Lead Applications Development Technology Analyst to join a growing technology team and play a key role in designing, developing and delivering solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the design, development and delivery of complex application solutions and system enhancements.
• Partner with technology and business stakeholders to deliver new products and process improvements.
• Analyse complex business and system processes, identify issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Ensure application designs align with enterprise architecture and development standards.
• Establish and maintain standards for coding, testing, debugging and implementation.
• Work across architecture, infrastructure and application teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, coaching and guidance to developers and analysts.
• Take ownership of high-impact projects while managing priorities, risks and delivery timelines.
• Contribute to a strong culture of compliance, risk management and engineering best practice.

Strong hands-on experience with:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role
• Strong proficiency: .Net core, T-SQL, Reactjs, Kafka
• Proficiency: REST APIs, Websockets, Microsoft SQL Server 2019/2022, Openshift, Docker, Microservices,
• Github, AI tooling.
• Extensive experience system analysis and in programming of software applications
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects. Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one
• area of Applications Development
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
