Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead .NET Developer with AI/Generative AI expertise to design and develop scalable enterprise applications powered by modern AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Azure AI, LLMs, and AI integration , along with technical leadership and solution architecture capabilities.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in .NET development, enterprise application design, and technical leadership .
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and Microservices .
• Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-powered features into enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Foundry, or AWS Bedrock .
• Strong knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and AI application orchestration .
• Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks .
• Develop secure, scalable REST APIs and backend services for AI-driven applications.
• Strong experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, LINQ , and database performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, Azure Functions, Azure App Service, and cloud-native architecture .
• Implement AI evaluation, monitoring, guardrails, responsible AI practices, and application security .
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps .
• Lead architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design, and mentoring of development teams.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, architects, and product teams to deliver production-ready solutions.
