About the Role  
 
As our Diploma Educator, you will:

• Design and implement engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with EYLF & NQS
• Work as a valued and respected team member
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative learning environment
• Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of every child in your care

What You'll Bring

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
• Sound understanding of NQF, NQS, and EYLF
• Experience in leading a room or mentoring educators
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Current WWCC, National Police Check, and First Aid/CPR
• Full Australian working rights - this service
