 Our service cares for children aged from 6 weeks through to School age. We are a new service, located in the flagstone community and our mission is to cater to the needs of the vibrant community we call home!

Our stunning Centre is continuing to grow, and we are seeking exceptional Lead Educators/Educators to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking Lead Educators and Educators who are Diploma trained or working towards.

Educators who are passionate about early education, inspiring, engaging, and aligned with our vision for learning.

We are searching for individuals who value creativity and uniqueness, thinking innovatively. Dedication to interacting with children and families in diverse ways to support their unique learning methods is paramount. Additionally, a strong emphasis is placed on ongoing personal development and research. Relevant experience in a similar position is essential. Required Qualifications & Desired Skills:

A Growth Mindset

Passion for continuous learning

Proficiency in fostering positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

A minimum of Diploma or Certificate 3 (or working towards)

Full First Aid and CPR

Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and QKLG

Current Working With Children's Check - Blue Card

Understanding of relevant legislative policies, standards, and requirements
