About the Roles

Lead Educators

As a Lead Educator, you will:

• Lead your learning environment with confidence and professionalism.
• Mentor and support educators within your room.
• Develop and implement engaging educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the leadership team to continually improve practice and outcomes.

Educators

As an Educator, you will:

• Create warm, welcoming and engaging learning environments.
• Build positive and respectful relationships with children and families.
• Contribute to educational programs, documentation and daily practice.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team.
• Support children's learning, wellbeing and development through meaningful interactions.

About You

We are looking for educators who are passionate about making a difference.

You will have:

• A Certificate III, Diploma or ACECQA-approved Early Childhood qualification (or be actively studying).
• A current Queensland Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one).
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality education and care.
• A willingness to continually learn and grow professionally.
