• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex electrical systems from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of electrical engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Oversee the creation and review of detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and specifications for power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation.
• Drive the selection and procurement of electrical components and equipment, negotiating with vendors to secure optimal pricing and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 8+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
