Lead Electrical Engineer / Senior Electrical Technician (Expat)

We are seeking experienced Expat Senior Electrical Engineers / Technicians to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot specialized plastic recycling and extrusion equipment. The role requires hands-on expertise in low-voltage electrical systems, control panels, automation, and industrial machinery maintenance to ensure maximum plant uptime and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

 Machinery Maintenance: Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive

electrical maintenance for primary plant machinery:

o ASB (Injection Stretch Blow Molding)

o IBM (Injection Blow Molding)

o Starlinger (Extrusion / Woven Sacks Line)

o Plastic Washing & Processing Lines

 Electrical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults, VFDs, PLCs, sensors, servo drives, heating controls, and low-voltage distribution systems.

 Routine Inspections: Conduct daily operational checks of control panels, motors, transformers, and switchgears to minimize unscheduled downtime.

 Upgrades & Modifications: Execute control panel wiring modifications, software backup/re-installation, and parameter tuning for optimal machinery performance.

 Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict electrical safety standards (Lockout/Tagout - LOTO) and ensure compliance with industrial safety protocols.

 Team Supervision: Guide and train junior maintenance technicians on proper electrical repair techniques and equipment handling.

Pay: ₹145,245.00 - ₹164,611.00 per month
