About the Role:

We are seeking a Lead Embedded Software Engineer to join a growing engineering team developing advanced electronic products. This hands-on role will focus on the design, development, and delivery of embedded software and firmware solutions while providing technical leadership across product development efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software and firmware for electronic products
• Develop low-level firmware for microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors, and communication interfaces
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, and manufacturing teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Troubleshoot and resolve firmware and system-level issues
• Perform code reviews and support engineering best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of embedded software and firmware development experience
• Strong C/C++ programming skills
• Experience with microcontrollers, embedded processors, and hardware interfaces
• Familiarity with protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, or USB
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills
