Lead Engineer, Civil Structures

With a focus on excellence and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join us as the Lead Design Engineer – Bridges for our domestic transportation business at Gurguram and Mumbai Office.

As the Lead Design Engineer – Bridges, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our transportation infrastructure projects. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

As a design engineer, your key responsibilities will be:

• To perform technical lead role in analysis and design of bridge structures for different projects.

• To coordinate with team members and ensure delivery of projects within specified timeframe.

• To perform QA checks on the designs and drawings produced to ensure quality delivery.

• To coordinate with client/proof checker/authority’s engineer for necessary approval of designs and ensure delivery of projects within specified timeframe.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. Master’s degree in structural engineering is preferred.

• About 8-12 years of experience in transportation infrastructure projects with a proven record of successful detailed design project delivery.

• Strong knowledge of codes and standards.

• Hands on experience in using software like Sofistik, MIDAS etc.

• Structured working style with result-oriented approach

• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
