Lead Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain scalable cloud native applications using Java/Kotlin programming languages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, security and performance of the platform by implementing best practices in deployment strategies.
• Provide technical leadership to junior engineers on architecture design, coding standards, testing methodologies.

Job Requirements :

• 10-12 years of experience in software engineering with expertise in Cloud Native application development.
• Strong understanding of container management (e.g. Kubernetes) for deploying microservices architectures.
• Experience with platform development including infrastructure provisioning, configuration management (e.g. Ansible), monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus).
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin programming languages with knowledge of Spring Boot framework.
