Lead Engineer

Looking to onboard a skilled Lead Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical engineering. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience and be based in the Operational Energy Group India Limited.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and components for energy-efficient operations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for mechanical systems and components.

• Conduct site visits to monitor and troubleshoot mechanical system issues.

• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in the energy sector.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and equipment.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
