Hydraulic System Leadership

• Lead the development of tractor hydraulic/pneumatic systems from concept through production release.
• Define hydraulic/pneumatic architecture, system requirements and specifications, performance targets (KPIs).
• Drive technical decisions for key systems
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations governing hydraulic/pneumatic brake systems and road homologation requirements.
• Define performance requirements related to air generation, pressure stability, response time, energy consumption, and durability.
• Ensure system robustness, reliability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Support global platform development and standardization of hydraulic/pneumatic architectures across product families.

Driveline System Leadership

• Lead the development of tractor driveline systems from concept through production release.
• Define driveline architectures, system requirements and specifications, performance targets (KPIs).
• Drive technical decisions for key systems
• Ensure system robustness, reliability, efficiency, durability, and customer satisfaction.

Vehicle Integration & System Coordination

• Support vehicle-level integration activities from concept development through production release.
• Coordinate interfaces between Driveline systems, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Engine systems, Electrical and electronic systems, Controls software, Cab and operator environment, Chassis and structural systems, and Implement interfaces.
• Support system architecture reviews and integration assessments.
• Ensure proper interaction between mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and software-controlled functions.

Virtual Validation Leadership

• Define and lead the company-wide virtual validation strategy for tractor development.
• Establish simulation-driven engineering processes across all product development phases.
• Drive front-loading methodologies to identify issues early in the development cycle.
• Develop and maintain the virtual verification and validation roadmap.
• Define virtual sign-off criteria and release processes.
• Promote simulation-based decision making throughout engineering organizations.
• Support digital transformation initiatives related to model-based development and system engineering.
