• Lead a team of developers and provide technical guidance.
• Review code and ensure adherence to development best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

• 6 to 8 years of experience in ASP.NET development.
• Strong knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC/.NET Core, Web APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful services.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in leading teams and driving project deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices.

Must Have: Strong ASP.NET development experience and team leadership capability.
