Role Overview We are looking for a Lead Engineer with strong Linux administration experience and working knowledge of Windows server environments to lead the delivery of infrastructure services for managed services customers. This role combines technical leadership, operational oversight, and people management to ensure high service quality, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

• Lead the support, administration, and maintenance of Linux-based infrastructure environments.
• Provide oversight and support for Windows server platforms and related services.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Drive infrastructure stability, availability, security, and performance improvements.
• Support project implementations, upgrades, migrations, and service transitions.
• Promote automation and operational efficiency across infrastructure services.

Service Operations

• Ensure delivery of managed services in line with customer expectations and SLA commitments.
• Oversee incident, problem, change, and service request management activities.
• Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain service excellence.
• Support continuous service improvement initiatives and operational best practices.

People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers.
• Conduct regular performance discussions, coaching, and career development activities.
• Manage workload distribution, resource planning, and team scheduling.
• Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and high-performing team culture.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Ensure team adherence to operational standards, processes, and quality expectations.
