Lead Engineer LVM

该职位来源于猎聘 【岗位职责】 Act as the primary on-site technical interface between the India engineering team and China engineering teams for OS/BSP-related activities. Support technical discussions, clarifications, and follow-ups related to source code handover, build environment setup, dependency mapping, and issue resolution. Perform hands-on analysis of source code, build scripts, configuration files, and integration artefacts to understand system structure and identify gaps/blockers. Work closely with supplier team to reproduce build issues, environment issues, flashing issues, and runtime defects, and support their timely closure. Participate in code walkthroughs, architecture discussions, and technical review meetings, and provide clear technical summaries back to the India team. Act as a technical translator/interpreter during meetings between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking teams. Translate technical requirements, action items, root cause explanations, and design clarifications accurately between both teams. Track and drive closure of open technical items related to Yocto, kernel/BSP, boot flow, hypervisor interfaces, middleware dependencies, and application integration. Support log collection, issue triaging, debugging coordination, and test observation at the supplier location. Create and maintain clear technical MOMs, action trackers, and daily/weekly status reports. 【任职要求】

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related technical field. 2. 8+ years of experience in embedded software engineering, with strong practical exposure to OS/BSP, Linux/QNX platforms, system software integration, or automotive platform development.
• Hands-on experience in one or more of: Linux BSP / Yocto / Build Systems, QNX or embedded POSIX systems, Kernel/driver/bootloader/device tree, Hypervisor/virtualization/guest OS integration, Middleware integration and platform bring-up.
• Good understanding of embedded software architecture, source code structure, dependency analysis, and build/debug workflows.
• Ability to independently understand technical issues, discuss with suppliers, and drive actions toward resolution.
• Strong communication skills with ability to work in a cross-cultural and multi-location engineering environment.
• Fluent or highly proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written), with ability to translate technical discussions accurately.
• Prior experience working directly with suppliers/Tier-1 partners/China-based engineering teams is highly preferred.
• Willingness to be deployed/resident at supplier location in China for sustained collaboration.
