Lead Engineer-Process

Role & responsibilities

1)Lead, motivate and direct the team of Process engineers assigned on a given project.

2)Finalize the execution strategy in the beginning of assigned projects.

3)Ensure the execution of assigned projects on time and within the budget.

4)Analyse the project requirements w.r.t. Process and identify the critical issues & timely communicate with Project Engineering manager / HOD.

5)Liaison with customers, PMC, sub-Contractors, Consultants, Other discipline Leads for critical issues.

6)Responsible for implementation of Quality Management Systems to assigned project

7. Participate in Process Safety studies like HAZOP,QRA, SIL, Surge analysis etc and ensure the incorporation of action points in relevant Process Engineering deliverables.

8. Ensure adherence to project specifications, international codes, standards, local codes and standards and client requirements.

9)Review vendor documents and technical bids

BE / ME Chemical with 10+years of work experience
