Lead Engineer - Python Developer (Accounting and Finance Domain)

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, and maintain large-scale Python applications using Django framework for fintech/accounting industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions that meet client needs.
• Develop ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it into a standardized format, and load it into databases or other systems.
• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit tests, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and adhering to best practices in software development.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience in Python development with expertise in finance/fintech domain.
• Understanding or experience in accounting and finance domain, invoice, GST regulations, and taxation laws.
• Proficiency in developing complex financial models using Python libraries such as NumPy, Pandas etc.
