What they need
We are looking for a Technical Lead / Senior Backend Engineer with strong backend and AWS expertise and hands-on experience in Amazon Kiro and Spec-Driven Development.
Must-Have Skills
- Amazon Kiro – MANDATORY: Hands-on experience with Kiro IDE/CLI and spec-first development.
- Experience with spec-driven methodologies, including requirements, design documentation and task decomposition.
- Strong proficiency in at least 2 of: Node.js/TypeScript, Golang, Rust, Python.
- Strong experience in AWS cloud and microservices – Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS/PostgreSQL, EventBridge, S3.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and Redis.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS, AWS CDK/CloudFormation and CI/CD.
- 8+ years of backend/cloud engineering experience, with 2+ years in a Technical Lead / Project Lead / Solutions Architect role.
- Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in production environments.

- MCP server development
- Generative AI / LLM / Agentic AI experience
- AI-assisted legacy migration/refactoring
- AWS Solutions Architect certification
- WebSockets / gRPC / real-time processing
