Lead Engineer/AI Architect

Next Ventures are partnered with a US based consultancy who are looking to hire an AI Architect for a crucial project on a W2 basis.

The role will require someone with 10+ years hands on Development experience with 3+ years experience in a technical leadership role:

Job Title: Lead AI Engineer/Architect

Location: US/ Fully-remote

Pay Rate/Per Hour (USD) - $85

Start Date: ASAP

In this role, you will lead the project and be responsible for;

• Multi-agent architecture

• Governance of LLM

• Guardrails of finance and compliance

• Integration of systems

• Technical Leadership of Mid-Level Ai Engineers

To carry out these responsibilities, you'll need experience with:

• Python

• FastMCP,

• GCP Workload Identity

• Vertex AI Model Garden (Claude and Gemini)

• Multi-agent AI systems

• Tokenomics

• Mentoring and leading Mid-Level AI engineers

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software engineering experience

• 3+ years in a technical leadership

• Advanced Python proficiency

• Advanced GCP experience
