What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise-wide security architecture across cloud, infrastructure, data, and applications
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into scalable, secure-by-design solutions
• Establish and maintain security principles, standards, and reference architectures
• Drive adoption of Zero Trust and modern security models across IT landscapes
• Collaborate with enterprise, domain, and technical architects to ensure alignment
• Guide the selection and integration of security platforms (IAM, SIEM, EDR, CSPM, etc.)
• Support audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives (NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Contribute to long-term security roadmaps and technology strategy
• Review existing architectures and improve resilience and security maturity

What you bring

• Master’s degree in IT, engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including security architecture roles
• Strong expertise across multiple domains: cloud security (Azure), IAM/PAM, network, application, and data security
• Proven experience in hybrid/multi-cloud security architectures
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR)
• Experience with enterprise security tooling (SIEM/SOAR, EDR, WAF, DLP, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder communication and influencing skills
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF, or CCSP are a plus
• Experience in IT/OT environments or critical infrastructure is an asset
