GlowCo is a boutique medical practice founded by Jillian Fulton, FNP-BC, specializing in medical weight loss, hormone therapy, peptides, IV therapy, and neurotoxins. This year we built out a fully equipped treatment room with professional product lines and foundational protocols. Now we need the right esthetician to make it their own.

This is your room.

You'd be the esthetician at GlowCo. No senior esty above you, no one dictating how you run your facial or which products you use. Jillian is down the hall and trusts you to own everything in the treatment room. She's collaborative and wants your input on services, protocols, and products. A marketing agency already handles GlowCo's growth (paid ads, a locally ranking website, email list, active social) and will actively promote you and your work.

Let's be honest about the book.

The room is built. The book is not. GlowCo's clients came for wellness, weight loss, hormones, and Botox. There's real crossover, but it's not a full calendar on day one. Some early weeks may be slow. We'd rather say that now than have you find out in month two.

So we need a builder: someone who has grown a book before, has clients who would follow them, posts their work, and treats a quiet afternoon as time to fill the next one. Compensation is built for that ramp, with an hourly floor on every service hour plus paid build hours every week.

What's actually different here

Most estheticians can't look beneath the skin. At GlowCo, Jillian can order the hormone panel and treat what's driving the acne or accelerated aging, and you work those cases together. You also inherit a client base very few treatment rooms have: patients actively losing weight and rebalancing hormones, many of whom need skin tightening and collagen support as the weight comes off, plus existing Botox, facial, and microneedling clients who need a home in the treatment room.

Two core programs you'd build: Skin Support During Weight Loss (tightening and collagen packages aligned with clients' weight loss check-ins) and an Acne Program with a Medical Edge (Face Reality or comparable, alongside a provider who treats the hormonal side).

Day to day

• Facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, SkinPen microneedling, and other esthetic services
• Skin consults and long-term treatment plans, not just what's popular
• Client education, home-care regimens, and retail recommendations
• Building relationships that drive rebooking and retention
• Introducing GlowCo's existing wellness clients to your services
• Posting your work and partnering with the marketing team on content and promotions
• Helping refine protocols, services, and product lines
• Keeping your room clean, sanitized, and set up; staying on schedule; timely charting

Requirements

• Active Arizona Esthetician License
• 3+ years hands-on aesthetic treatment experience (required)
• Hands-on SkinPen or other microneedling experience
• Confident with chemical peels and dermaplaning
• Medical or clinical spa background
• Strong product and ingredient knowledge
• Comfortable with retail and rebooking as part of great care
• Track record of building your own book, ideally with clients who'd follow you
• Active professional social media presence

Compensation

• Service hours: the greater of $22/hr or 30% commission. Commission rises to 35% after three consecutive months at $6,000+ in service sales
• Build hours: about 5 paid hours per week at $22/hr for social, consults, and meetings
• Retail: 20% commission
• Tips: 100% yours

Schedule: Flexible. GlowCo is open Monday through Saturday, with evening hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Evening and weekend availability is a real advantage for a treatment room, and Saturdays are a must while we're building the book. Outside of that, we'd rather build the schedule around what makes sense for you and your clients than force a structure that wasn't designed for a treatment room.

Pay: $22.00 - $50.00 per hour
