Job Location: Guinea, Africa

Job Type: Permanent

Experience Required

1. Overall, 5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.

2. Strong experience in labor law compliance, industrial relations, recruitment, and workforce management.

3. Experience managing remote site operations and multicultural workforces.

• Candidate should be interested and Ready to relocate Abroad (Guinea, Africa).

• Candidate having Valid Indian Passport will be preferred.
• If candidate don't have Passport and he gets selected for this role, than company will assist for Passport making process.

Education/Qualification

1. MBA / masters degree in human resources, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related discipline.

2. Additional certification in Labor Law, Industrial Relations, or HR Management preferred.
