Lead - Field Services Engineering/Representative

For our client, we are seeking a Lead - Field Services Engineering/Representative to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead field engineering support for rapid-response deployments, with a strong focus on system integration, technical sustainment, and customer-facing execution. The position is centered on ensuring reliable performance of RF, power, and communications systems in demanding environments. You will also serve as a key liaison between customers, operators, and internal teams to support mission readiness and service commitments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $111,000 – $169,250 annually

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure complex systems in rapid-response environments
• Integrate components using networking and system configuration tools
• Conduct technical troubleshooting and sustainment of RF and power systems
• Provide operator training and help improve support curriculum
• Act as the primary liaison with customers to ensure service level commitments are met
• Maintain accurate documentation and operational data for reporting and analytics
• Provide mission-ready support across multiple systems as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with RF systems or communications electronics technologies
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills with RF bands and power systems
• Proficiency in networking, IP configuration, and Linux/Windows systems
• Experience working in harsh environments with ruggedized systems
• Ability to read technical diagrams and perform root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with various stakeholders
• Willingness to travel extensively and secure a Secret clearance
