Lead Field Technician

We are looking for a Lead Field Technician to support and lead day-to-day field operations across remote and satellite markets. This position serves as a key point of leadership in the field and provides coverage for the Field Tech Supervisor when necessary. The Lead Field Technician will help ensure smooth operations, consistent service quality, strong safety practices, and an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide training and guidance on safety procedures, quality expectations, and customer service standards.
• Promote and maintain compliance with OSHA requirements and established company safety policies.
• Complete field installations, repairs, and advanced technical troubleshooting when required.
• Help maintain consistent quality assurance standards across field operations.
• Oversee the proper use and availability of tools, equipment, inventory, and materials.
• Work closely with office personnel, warehouse teams, and other support functions to coordinate daily operations.
• Monitor team performance and help ensure productivity and operational objectives are achieved.
• Promote a collaborative and professional work environment that reflects company values.
• Complete and manage reports related to property damage, accidents, injuries, and other field incidents.
• Safely operate company vehicles and ensure they are properly maintained.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in field service, technical operations, telecommunications, or a related environment is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
• Consistent commitment to workplace safety, service quality, and operational standards.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to safely operate company vehicles.

Pay: $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
