Lead Foreman needed to be our measure twice and cut once commercial construction rock star.

Heirloom has several business units. Together we build and take care of the homes and apartments for hundreds of families in our community who depend on our work. We need a belt-on Commercial Foreman that can methodically break down and rebuild anything we throw at them. You’ll be responsible for teaching measure-twice-cut-once quality and efficiency as you share your timeless skills working side by side with your eager crew.

• Accurately assess situations
• Execute specific scopes of work
• Job site Cleanliness
• Detailed Communication
• Lead & Mentor an apprentice carpenter
• Order and Return Materials

Job Overview and Requirements:

• Job Type: Carpenter, Foreman, Crew Leader
• Work Hours: M-F Full Time
• Physical Requirements: Heavy Lifting, Carrying, Not overly afraid of Heights
• Required Education: High School or GED
• Required Experience: 5+ years as a crew leader or foreman capacity in residential construction

• Location: Duluth / Superior / Twin Ports Area
