Lead - FP&A (DGM / GM)

Role

Lead FP&A and Business Finance forour client in Indonesia, with end-to-end responsibility for management P&L, planning, forecasting, MIS, commercial analytics and business partnering. This is a business-facing finance leadership role, partnering closely with Operations and cross-functional leaders to identify risks and opportunities, translate insights into actions and support delivery of the Board-approved PBT plan.

Key Deliverables:

• Management Reporting – Detailed analysis and presentation of weekly performance review to Leadership Team.
• Identify financial and business risks early and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strengthen store-level financial discipline and accountability.
• Improve quality, speed and automation of FP&A, MIS and management reporting.
• Support sustainable PBT delivery through stronger commercial decision-making and business partnering.
