Role Description :

The Lead Full Stack Developer (Microsoft Fullstack Engineer - Professional) will design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Microsoft technologies in a full-time, on-site role based in Pennsylvania, United States. Responsibilities include leading technical design, implementing front-end and back-end features, integrating databases and APIs, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. The role involves collaborating with product owners, business analysts, and other engineers to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, conducting code reviews, and mentoring team members. The Lead Full Stack Developer will also troubleshoot complex issues, optimize existing systems, and contribute to architectural decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft full-stack technologies (e.g., C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar).
• Experience with full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ability to lead technical projects, provide guidance to other developers, and conduct constructive code reviews.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as Microsoft Azure), RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern integration patterns.
• Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalability for enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered.
• Previous experience in a lead or senior developer role and familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) is highly beneficial.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
