Our long-term vision is to transform e-commerce website into a modern, high-performance, scalable e-commerce platform, inspired by the shopping experience and functionality of leading platforms such as Beauty Barn, Maccron and limes, yesStyle.

We want to build a complete technology ecosystem connecting our website, mobile applications, inventory, shipping, payments, APIs, automation and AI-powered customer assistance.

We are looking for a Lead Full-Stack E-commerce, AI & Platform Developer who can take long-term ownership of this vision.

About the Role

This is a senior technical ownership and development role.

We are not looking for a basic WordPress developer, website designer or Elementor specialist.

We need a developer who can:

• Maintain and continuously improve our existing website.

• Build new e-commerce features.

• Develop APIs and integrations.

• Connect inventory, shipping, payment and other systems.

• Build the foundation for mobile applications.

• Develop AI-powered customer support and shopping assistance.

• Improve website performance, security and scalability.

• Design the technology roadmap for our future platform.

The successful candidate will work directly with management and will have significant responsibility for the technical direction of Website.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Development

Take complete technical ownership of our website.

• Maintain and improve the existing website.

• Develop new features and functionality.

• Customize WordPress and WooCommerce.

• Develop custom plugins and integrations.

• Improve website UX and shopping experience.

• Improve search, filtering, product discovery and navigation.

• Improve checkout and payment experience.

• Fix technical issues and bugs.

• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement.

2. E-commerce Platform Development

Build a modern e-commerce experience inspired by leading platforms such as Kiyoko, YesStyle and Meesho.

Potential functionality includes:

• Advanced product search

• Product filters

• Product recommendations

• Product reviews and ratings

• Wishlist

• Customer accounts

• Coupons and promotions

• Personalized shopping

• Order tracking

• Returns/refund workflows

3. API Development & System Integration

Build and maintain APIs connecting our website with different systems.

7. Mobile Application

Build the technical foundation for our website mobile applications.

The developer should be able to:

• Connect mobile apps with WooCommerce/backend systems.

• Support product browsing and search.

• Support cart and checkout.

• Support orders and tracking.

• Support notifications.

• Work with React Native, Flutter or similar technologies.
