Lead Full Stack Engineer - Data Structures and Algorithms

Key Position Details:

• Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer (Grade 28)
• Location: Bangalore
• Work Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST)
• Notice Period: Up to 60 Days

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and scale microservices, REST APIs, and distributed event-driven architectures.
• Build and support real-time data processing solutions using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Modernize and migrate enterprise applications across on-premises and Azure environments.
• Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and observability.
• Leverage AI tools and technologies to boost development productivity and product capabilities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and participate in on-call support for critical applications.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of core software engineering experience in a product-based or tech-driven organization.
• Core Skills: Strong Data Structures & Algorithms (DS/Algo), Object-Oriented Design, and proficiency in Java (or equivalent primary back-end language).
• Architecture & Messaging: Hands-on experience with microservices, high-volume REST APIs, Kafka, Event Hubs, or RabbitMQ.
• Databases & Cloud: Strong experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and Azure cloud ecosystem/hybrid setups.
• DevOps & Containers: Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
• AI Familiarity: Comfort with AI-assisted dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) or building/integrating AI/LLM/RAG solutions is highly desirable.

1. Round 1: Data Structures & Algorithms (DS & Algo)
2. Round 2: High-Level Design (HLD / System Design)
3. Round 3: Techno-Managerial (Face-to-Face)
