Lead Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js)

We're looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to oversee the architecture, build, and deployment of scalable AI-driven solutions, while coaching an engineering team and upholding best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Kindly note that this role supports remote work, but only from within Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to spot automation opportunities and build scalable AI solutions
• Coach and support team members to encourage innovation, ongoing learning, and strong performance
• Uphold best practices in AI engineering, quality assurance, and agile methodologies across the project lifecycle
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, obstacles, and solutions while offering technical leadership and strategic guidance
• Own the architecture and technical direction of AI/agentic systems, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Establish and maintain best practices for agent design, orchestration, and evaluation

Requirements

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, with 1+ year in a leadership role
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js
• Proven background in React development
• Strong expertise in AWS technologies
• Solid understanding of event-driven and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in TypeScript and serverless technologies
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines
• Strong foundation in LLM/AI engineering, covering prompt design, RAG pipelines, agentic patterns, tool use, and LLM evaluation
• Strong analytical thinking paired with effective communication skills
• Willingness to explore and adapt to emerging technologies
• Strong English communication skills (B2 level or above)
